Trail Conditions/ Trails Open/ Live Groomer Tracking

Trails Open Status:

The Paulson Nordic Ski Trails are now fully open for the 2025/26 season. Both of our trailheads are now operating and groomed trails can be accessed from the Glenmerry Trailhead and the Mud Lake Trailhead (Viking Centre).

About 45kms of our trails are currently open and being groomed 6 days/ week. Open trails are shown on our Trail Conditions Page. Open trails will be shown as either Green, Yellow or Black, depending on their last groom. Trails which are shown as White, or clear have not been opened yet this season.

Trail Conditions:

The snow pack on all of the trails has filled in considerably over the past week. All open trails are now in safe skiing condition with no exposed rocks or brush. Water bars, which are present on some of our hillier trails, are being actively filled in with the recent snowfall and manual work.

If there are hazardous conditions to be aware of on any specific trail, a notice will be posted on our daily Grooming Report.
